Cancellation, Exchange and Refunds

EXCHANGE POLICY
Product Accuracy and Quality Checks: We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • Exchange Eligibility:
  • Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Exclusions:  We do not accept exchange requests based on color differences or fabric material variations.
  • Exchange Process:
    Request Submission: Contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery via email at mumzhug.returns@gmail.com .

  • Our exchange team will answer you within 48 hours.

  • Reverse shipping fee:- A reverse shipping fee of ₹200 per product will be charged. Please share the payment screenshot via email

  • Reverse Pickup: Once payment is received, our team will arrange for reverse pickup.

  • Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the new size within 24-48 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 90 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Customer Cancellations:
    1) Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.
    2) Request Method: Email us at mumzhug.returns@gmail.com

  • mumzhug Cancellations:
    1) Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
    2) Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

  • Reverse Order & Cancellation Charges Policy

    At Mumzhug, we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery of your orders. To help us serve you better, please make sure that all shipping and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

    1. Incorrect Contact Number or Address

    If a customer enters an incorrect contact number, incomplete address, or any wrong delivery information, it may result in delivery failure or a return-to-origin (RTO) shipment.
    In such cases:

    • The courier partner may fail to deliver the order or return it to our warehouse.

    • The order will be marked as “Reverse Order” or “RTO – Return to Origin.”

    Once the product reaches back to us, we will process it as per the following terms.

  • 2. Reverse Order Charges

    If an order is returned to us due to wrong or incomplete address/contact details, the following charges will apply:

    • Forward Shipping Charges: ₹75

    • Reverse Shipping Charges: ₹75 (return courier cost)

    • These charges will be deducted from the refund amount or must be paid again if you request reshipment.

Cancellation Charges:
Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 5% charge (payment gateway fees).

Credit Note Validity:
Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 60 days.

REFUND POLICY

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Clearance Sale Items: Items marked as ‘clearance Sale’ are non-returnable.

DAMAGE PRODUCT
A complete parcel opening video and product opening video is compulsory , in case of received any manufacturing defect or damage.

IN RETURN OR EXCHANGE IN COMBO OFFER
if any one returns only single product in combo offers, then another would be charged of full amount.
